Please include your 16 digit product key, Phone Type, Carrier e.g. Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile etc.

It will also be very helpful if you can tell us the version of the PhoneBeagle Recorder that you are using. You can find the PhoneBeagle Recorder version number in the title bar of the application. If you have activated the PhoneBeagle Recorder then the version number will also be in the Control tab of the PhoneBeagle Web application.
